Director of Admissions and Marketing

B’nai Shalom Day School seeks a dynamic, relational, and strategic leader to serve as our next Director of Admissions & Marketing. This is not simply an admissions role. It is an opportunity to shape the future of a growing, mission-driven Jewish day school by building relationships, telling powerful stories, and designing strategies that strengthen enrollment and community. At B’nai Shalom, we inspire creativity, curiosity, critical-thinking, and connection to Jewish values. We are seeking a leader who believes deeply in that work and can compellingly communicate why it matters.

The Director of Admissions & Marketing designs and executes a thoughtful, data-informed enrollment and marketing strategy that supports long-term sustainability while building authentic relationships with prospective parents, current families, and leaders throughout Greensboro. As the lead storyteller, the Director captures and communicates the vibrancy of student life and serves as a strategic partner to the Head of School and leadership team. From a family’s first inquiry through enrollment and beyond, this individual ensures a warm, professional admissions experience and thoughtfully stewards the school’s voice across all communications platforms.

Interested candidates should submit a resume and cover letter to Head of School Eva Turner at eturner@bnai-shalom.org

Our families come from all walks of life and so do we. B’nai Shalom Day School celebrates the diversity of our school and local communities including race, color, religion, national or ethnic origin, gender, sexual orientation, and gender identity. We welcome candidates representing the diversity of the world in our educational program, admission policies, financial aid program, staff hiring, and other school administered programs.
