Preschool Teacher - Substitute
Our preschool at B'nai Shalom Day School is looking for candidates who find joy in working with our youngest children, infants to five-year-olds. Experience with caring for children is preferable. A successful sub will be both nurturing and a team player. Under the guidance of the Preschool Director, a substitute will assist the lead teacher in the daily activities which will include helping with snack/lunch, cleaning-up, sanitization of toys, and bathroom needs/diaper changing.
Advancement Team Administrator- July 2026
The Advancement Team Administrator plays a vital dual role at the school. Reporting jointly to the Director of Admissions & Marketing and the Director of Philanthropy & Community Engagement, this individual supports the work of the Advancement Team (marketing/communications, admissions, and fundraising) and shares responsibility for front desk reception with the Leadership Team Administrator. This is a full time (30 hour) dynamic, people-facing role that requires exceptional organization, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and warmth.

Comfortable navigating and learning various software platforms, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Apple operating systems, Squarespace, Little Green Light, FACTS, and Canva.
Ability to capture, edit, and deliver quality photographs and video

Preschool Teacher - August 2026
Our state licensed preschool at B’nai Shalom Day School is hiring teachers for our youngest students, with openings beginning August 2026. Teachers must be professional, knowledgeable in early child development, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. This is a physically demanding job which requires standing, sitting on the floor and holding/carrying children.
Under the guidance of the Preschool Director you will participate in all aspects of the program. The successful candidate will have at least an Associate degree in ECE, a minimum of two years of preschool classroom experience or the equivalent.
This position is a full-time salaried position and offers a full range of benefits including paid vacation and sick days, health, dental, vision, life and long-term disability insurance, and ongoing professional development. We operate on an academic calendar and there are paid holidays when school is closed.
