A happy family of four posing outdoors in a garden with lush green trees, bushes, and yellow flowers. The father has a beard and wears a salmon-colored shirt and cap with sunglasses. The mother has long wavy hair and wears a purple dress with intricate patterns. The daughter, held in the mother’s arms, has blonde hair and wears a colorful striped dress. The son, standing in front, wears glasses, a tie-dye shirt, and yellow shorts, smiling widely.

What is your official role at B'nai Shalom Day School?

Director of Admissions & Marketing

What is your favorite thing about your role?

It is amazing to me that I literally get paid to observe and photograph the amazing things our students do each day. From Preschool Family Shabbat to Tashlich at Brown Bark Park, I get to try and capture the magic of every moment.

What made you choose to work at B’nai Shalom?

I chose to work at B'nai Shalom becasue I love it here! I have a daughter, Juniper, in the Younger toddlers class and a son, Henry, in the Preschool 2/3 class. The experience I have had at B'nai Shalom as a parent has been so amazing that it was the obvious choice to be in a role where I get to talk about this place every day!

What is something you have always wanted to learn?

I have always wanted to learn how to do more DIY projects around the house. I have flipped furniture in the past and would love to do more of that!

What is your proudest accomplishment?

My children hands down.

What your favorite way to spend time with your family?

Anything outside. I love to take my kids hiking and let them roam free and explore the wonders of nature.

What is your biggest pet peeve?

Disorganization! I can't stand when I can't find things!

What is your mantra?

Be here now.

What is one of your “bucket list” items?

To see the Beatles Love Cirque du Soleil show.
